Rental Fees

The rental fee will depend on the time of year, type of event, spaces required, and number of anticipated guests. Fees include use of the facility, tables, chairs, Barren Ridge stemware, private dressing room, catering kitchen, and one Barren Ridge Vineyards employee present at the event.

A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed rental contract are required to reserve the winery for a specific date. This deposit is applied to the balance of the event, with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to the event. We are unable to book your event tentatively (i.e. “pencilling in”).

A credit card number is required for the security deposit 14 days prior to your event. Your card will not be charged for the security deposit if clean up is satisfactory and no damage has occurred.
